Mission: The Horse Training Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing ARIONEO's mission to improve the performance and health of athletic horses through the integration of new technologies. This role will be specifically focused on collaborating with racing horse training houses in Australia to assess their traditional training methods. The consultant will work in tandem with the implementation of ARIONEO's horse monitoring device, leveraging the combined assessment and device data to formulate optimized training programs for racing horses in Australia.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborative Assessment: Work closely with racing horse training houses to assess their existing training methods.
2. Integration of Horse Monitoring Device: Implement ARIONEO's horse monitoring device into the training regimen to gather comprehensive performance and health data.
3. Data Analysis: Utilize data from both the consultant's assessment and the monitoring device to generate in-depth insights into the horses' training needs.
4. Training Program Development: Collaborate with the training houses to design and implement tailored training programs that maximize the effectiveness of the traditional methods augmented by the insights from ARIONEO's technology.
5. On-Site Observation: Be present with the trainer and racer during training sessions to closely observe the horses, providing real-time optimization and adjustments for the best possible outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in horse training and equine athletic performance.
• Proven experience in assessing and optimizing training methods for racing horses.
• Familiarity with the implementation of monitoring devices in the equine industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Additional Role duties
The perfect candidate would also play a key role in assisting ARIONEO in establishing a business operation in Australia with its overseas head quarter and contribute to the expansion of ARIONEO's presence in the Australian market
