The Technology Site Lead is a key member of the Workplace Technology team, responsible for directing tech service delivery, collaboration and workplace technologies, and building relationships with end-users. They resolve tech issues, manage vendor interactions, and maintain the on-site Computer Room, while emphasizing risk management, information security, and adherence to standard IT policies. They mentor juniors, aid in onboarding, and ensure asset lifecycle management compliance.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coordination of service delivery activities for the office, engaging with Facilities/Office Management and developing a friendly bond with end-users.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, proactively seek customer feedback, and ensure documentation and procedures are up to date.
- Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues, mentor junior team members, and monitor and manage team performance.
- Manage the on-site Computer Room, bring a strong Risk Management and Information Security focus, and ensure compliance with Asset Lifecycle Management policies.
- Assist IT-related project teams, anticipate and address potential issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in the coordination of the on-call roster.
