About You/ the Role
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter to join our Customer Support Team.
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will support the National team comprising of eight Customer Support Specialists working throughout QLD, NSW, VIC & WA and cover PPG’s customer base nationally. This role is located in NSW - and initial onboarding will be remote - until return to office Hybrid plan is rolled out.
In this role, you will be required to consult and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers, deliver a seamless customer experience and foster strong customer relationships through effective communications.
You will also be required to promptly respond and solve customer queries via phone and email and escalate where required.
