Due to growth, TAL's Group Life & Retirement team have a newly created role, and are seeking a Corporate Solutions Manager. You will be part of the Wealth division and Growth team, who are made up of a number of professionals focused on growth, bid-management along with Corporate related activities (eg. Administration) and partnerships.
The Corporate Solutions Manager is accountable for New Business Quotes and Offer Development, Relationship Management and Business Development, and can be seen managing:
- The delivery of high-quality quotations to clients, ensuring quotes are tracked and reported and that improvements are driven
- Leading the broker and advisor relationships on all matters from operational, regulatory, reporting matters and any other challenges required to support the Corporate business
- Developing and managing to a sales pipeline including delivering to growth results
- Obtaining feedback on our offering and supporting the continual improvement of our value proposition for employers
- Problem solving issues and incidents
- Maintaining strong and effective stakeholder relationships with peers at TAL
- Ensuring risk, compliance and regulatory matters are managed appropriately
- Reporting client updates, risks and opportunities to business leaders
