We are looking for an Administration Assistant who has preferably worked in the Automotive industry and enjoys helping out the team, problem solving, troubleshooting and a skilled multi tasker.
Located in our automotive retail dealership in Port Melbourne, this opportunity presents the chance to add value in a new and dynamic team.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Invoice approval and entering – attach in system – resolving any account queries – reconciling statements from suppliers.
- Invoice Approval from Sales Managers
- Updating Accounts spreadsheets with Deposit amounts taken from Customer Sales.
- Ensuring all Deal Packs have all required Documents executed and Scan to system.
- Assist Senior Admin Manager to accrue for any expenditure items not yet received.
- Responsible to Staff Attendance timesheets and submitting to Payroll.
- General Office Administration and Reporting.
