Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who has preferably worked in the Automotive industry and enjoys helping out the team, problem solving, troubleshooting and a skilled multi tasker. 

Located in our automotive retail dealership in Port Melbourne, this opportunity presents the chance to add value in a new and dynamic team.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice approval and entering – attach in system – resolving any account queries – reconciling statements from suppliers.
  • Invoice Approval from Sales Managers
  • Updating Accounts spreadsheets with Deposit amounts taken from Customer Sales.
  • Ensuring all Deal Packs have all required Documents executed and Scan to system.
  • Assist Senior Admin Manager to accrue for any expenditure items not yet received.
  • Responsible to Staff Attendance timesheets and submitting to Payroll.
  • General Office Administration and Reporting.

The ideal candidate will flourish in working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is important.
