Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Empathy:

  • Lead and inspire the service team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a high level of empathy to understand and support the service team's dynamic work environment.

Scheduling and Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize the service team's workflow.
  •  Allocate resources efficiently, considering skills, availability, and project requirements.

Organizing and Quoting:

  • Coordinate service activities, including upgrades, warranties, and ad-hoc call-outs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Leverage the Simpro system to its full potential, creating a streamlined process for organizing, tracking, and reporting on service activities.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for upgrades, additional services, and projects.

Simpro System Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in using the Simpro system to its full extent.
  • Utilize the system for effective project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.

  • Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented industry, with a track record of driving results.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with an emphasis on optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Empathetic approach towards understanding and supporting the service team's unique challenges.
  • Proficiency in using the Simpro system for service management and quoting.
