About the Opportunity

As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the operations & project team with implementation of various strategic initiatives. You will implement project plans in consultation with key stakeholders, organizing meetings & ensuring project deadlines and timelines are met.

This role is multifunctional and will include:

Resident and Family Liaising?and Admission

Roster Management?

Recruitment Processing and Onboarding

Record and HSE Management

Fullt time - 76 hours per Fortnight (Monday - Friday?)

$30.00-$36.23 per hour

About You

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience as a Project or Program Administrator?

Administration Management certificate (desirable)

Experience within aged care is highly desirable.

Rostering system experience is required (we use Kronos)

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
