We're currently looking for an Electrical Linesworker to join our team. They will be responsible for installing or upgrading transmission and/or distribution lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work as directed
- Complete Risk Assessments
- Complete timesheets
- Maintain a work in progress plan
- Transmission line steel erection & rigging
- Installing conductors, aerial equipment and underground cables and equipment
- Installing and maintaining poles and associated hardware
- Fitting pole hardware and crossarms
- Using heavy plant equipment such as elevated work platforms and portable equipment such as hydraulic drills
- Undertake substation steel erection works
- Ensure poles, towers and conductors are constructed to network operator and Safe Work Method Statement standards efficiently
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a minimum 2 years' experience as an electrical linesworker. You'll need a willingness to operate over multiple regional site locations.
This is a full time permanent role working various FIFO rosters in Regional Queensland and other regional areas of Australia.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
