The Role: Luxury Escapes is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead our software development team and help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and engineers, overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of our business. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience leading teams and delivering projects on time and on budget. The candidate should also have a desire to remain hands-on with coding and related duties. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Manage a team of software developers and engineers Lead the design and development of software solutions to meet business requirements Ensure that the technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business Develop and implement best practices for software development Work closely with product management to define product requirements and priorities Monitor and report on the performance of the engineering team Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges Ensure that software development projects are delivered on time and on budget Remain hands-on with coding and related duties Qualification & Experience Formal qualifications preferred with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. If you do not have formal qualifications, further years of work experience may be required.
