Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Managing our client relationships with existing clients, face to face and remotely
• Working with our existing clients to ensure their solutions and marketing needs are being met
• Identifying new opportunities where our clients could benefit from ICT solution services which they may not be using
• Assessing the needs of our clients from a strategic, operational and ICT solutions point of view and communicating this information to our development and marketing team
• Discussing timeframes, delivery schedules and managing the expectations of our clients
• Working with the marketing and development team in preparing digital solutions proposals for new clients
• Maintaining regular communication with our clients to ensure they receive great customer service in a manner which reflects who we are
• Answering queries from our clients and working with our development and solutions team to ensure our clients’ needs are met
• Undertaking market analysis of our competitors products and services to ensure we remain at the forefront of our solution offerings and reporting to management
Skills Required
• Must be PC literate and able to write compelling proposals using word, powerpoint and excel
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct proficient webinars to clients to promote our goods and services
• Demonstrate drive, persistence, and strive to achieve product targets
• Entrepreneurial & determined
• Highly motivated, ambitious and confident
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Work as an integral member of the Sales Team
• An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and an unlimited drive to succeed
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Degree qualified or at least 3 years relevant experience
• 5+ years previous experience in account management based role
