Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you. 

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Developing and implement a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy aimed at achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Mapping out and prioritise growth strategy initiatives and experiments based on potential impact (growth framework).
  • Working closely with our sales teams to provide marketing support and generate quality and reliable pipeline growth (not just leads!).
  • Creating tailored campaigns for key enterprise accounts to drive engagement, product adoption and hand raisers (part of our ABM strategy)
  • Planning and implement marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels, including SEM, paid social, lifecycle, website, webinars, events, etc. (demand generation and demand capture).
  • Partnering with the Sales Growth team to identify potential enterprise leads in-product (PQAs/PQLs) and implement Product Led Sales (PLS) playbooks to capture demand (chatbot, demos, etc).
  • Partnering with Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure we're meeting the unique needs of our enterprise customers (IPCs, difficulties, desired outcomes, etc).
  • Leveraging data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and allocate budget to maximise value.
  • Working with the data team to build dashboards to regularly monitor experiments, KPI’s, and other key metrics and develop reporting methodologies to track and disseminate findings across teams.
  • Leading and shape a dedicated team of marketers and help them continue to grow and thrive. 

You're probably a match if:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on the enterprise segment, ideally in PLG SaaS companies.
  • A proven track record of developing and driving successful marketing campaigns and consistently growing pipeline for Sales (ideally with proven expertise and success with ABM strategies).
  • Have had ownership for multimillion dollar budgets and developed models and approaches for investment and measurement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and to report to a wide range of senior collaborators.
  • Passionate about using data to inform and improve programs of work (growth mindset), and highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Respond to changes in priorities and environment with a can-do attitude.

Canva’s B2B Marketing Team is on a mission to help organisations achieve their goals and grow with Canva. Our goal for 2024 is to become a widely loved and used teams product across the globe. As part of that mission, we’re focused on driving awareness for Canva as an all-in-one workplace design tool, and we’re responsible for the acquisition, adoption, and expansion of workplace teams onto Canva’s products. We do this by identifying areas of high impact, building growth strategies, and launching experiments across our GTM motions.
