We are looking for an experienced, hands on and professional Open Cut Examiner Coordinator who has a passion for safety and continuous improvement to join the Capcoal Surface Operations Team.
The Open Cut Examiner (OCE) Coordinator will perform this statutory duty with a key focus on ensuring a safe workplace for coal mine workers. The role will include monitoring, inspecting and reporting on mining activities and conditions. You will undertake investigation activities and implement corrective actions to help prioritise safety in the workplace.
You will utilise your strong people management skills to coordinate teams and equipment, in keeping with relevant legislation and Capcoal SHE requirements. Your demonstrated leadership and safety management skills will be key in delivering and maintaining compliant work practices.
