David Management Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our food and beverage outlets. You will work closely with the kitchen and front of house staff to ensure efficient service, maintain high quality standards, and uphold food and beverage safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and coaching staff, monitoring inventory levels, and managing guest feedback and complaints.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Train and develop front of house and kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain high quality standards for service and product
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
