A great opportunity for an Account Partner to drive secure digital and print media sales revenue. You'll be instrumental in developing a robust communication and sales strategy tailored to Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts, ensuring their sustained growth and success. You'll liaise closely with internal key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and effective approach to accounts in the NSW market. Building and nurturing client relationships is paramount, focusing on upselling clients to new and featured products while adeptly resolving any operational or account issues that may arise. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in providing invaluable feedback on market conditions and keeping an eye on competitive activities, potential barriers, and untapped opportunities. Sharing your knowledge and expertise, you will educate both new and existing clients on the myriad benefits of our Commercial Real Estate offering, positioning yourself as an industry expert within the Commercial Real Estate space.
Who are you? The ideal candidate will…


Proactively identify new revenue-generating opportunities within existing client/agency portfolios as well as operating as an industry expert and strategic partner to clients. Achieved by;


Strategically identify opportunities for growth within the client/territory list


Thoroughly understand the CRE suite of products and all available advertising options


Prepare and maintain a 90-day action plan to implement sales activities


Call all potential leads/prospects within the assigned vertical


Educate clients on Commercial Real Estate and Nine products and solutions


Understanding your clients' business.


Provide effective, timely, and accurate service to clients, including:


Producing clear, creative, relevant, and effective responses to all briefs, inc. supporting research material.


Continually supply performance information to clients during their campaigns.


Suggest improvements to current /future campaigns.


Create a communication process to ensure all agents are kept up to date.




Improve Sales and Technical Skill Levels. Achieved by;


Alerting manager of any knowledge gaps that exist, so that an appropriate training plan can be developed


Attend relevant conferences, seminars and other industry functions to develop knowledge and network within the online/media industry


Maintaining a professional attitude and behaviour


Develop measurable personal action plans


Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards


Commit to ongoing learning and development




Submit regular reports on business-related selling and marketing activities as well as monitoring competitive activity. Achieved by;


Attending monthly sales meetings to correlate advertising sales activities


Attend fortnightly 1:1 meetings with the Sales Manager


Maintain and update all activity on CRM system (SalesForce).


Prepare quarterly strategic business plans on clients and verticals - including SWOT analysis.




Display visible leadership on Health, Safety & Environment issues including participation in relevant HSE training. Achieved by;


Actively participating in the development of the company's HSE policies and systems.


Actively manage compliance with the expectations set out in the Domain Group HSE Program, HSE Protocols, and the divisional HSE annual plan.
