What you will enjoy doing
In this role you will report and present safety related status and issues to EH&S team and business groups
Evaluate, conduct, and develop compliance programs, and facilitate as per company and governmental requirements is part of your role
You will investigate accidents and specify corrective action programs
Further you will follow site HSE procedures to lead an EPC project site area HSE implementation
Implement the HSE system with assigned tasks independently, e.g., construction area HSE Supervising, HSE training, PTW coordination etc
You will also inspect and review the HSE coordination for a small site
What makes you great
You must have engineering knowledge including project construction and commissioning
Experience in leading HSE execution of at least 4 construction sites (EPC) is required in this role
In addition you will guide and coach others within site HSE responsibility
Experience in project site HSE-related tools/software independently is necessary
You will communicate with clear and concise oral and written information, listen to the audience's interest, and share information as needed
To have an advance computer skill showing strong capabilities in areas of word processing, presentation applications like PowerPoint, and other various programs
Ability to travel for business trips across the south pacific region
