The focus of this role is to deliver precise and timely investigation, design, and drafting services, encompassing essential engineering design principles. You will oversee a wide array of design and drafting projects, ranging from capital projects and maintenance work packs to operational enhancements and process design.
The Engineering Design Team has opportunities for Design Draftspersons that can be based at any of our Sugar Milling Operations spanning from Ingham to Sarina in QLD.
Responsibilities
• Scope, Measure and Produce engineering drawings and documentation required for the general equipment installed across the entire Sugar and Renewables business
• Ensure drafting activities are completed in accordance with statutory acts and regulations, business standards, and relevant industry codes of practice.
• Maintain an accurate drawing register
• Work to design deadlines and milestones on your associated projects in conjunction with the Drafting Coordinator and other key Stakeholders.

Something about you

Proficiency in Computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and a good understanding of Australian Standards and Codes of Practice is crucial.
