This permanent position will see you become a vital and valued member of the team that repairs and maintains a variety of plant and equipment both onsite and at our Yatala Plant Yard.
To be successful in the role you should possess the following qualifications, skills & knowledge;
Electrical Engineering Technician
Working at Heights certificate
Current driver licence
Crane maintenance repair and service experience
In-depth knowledge of electrical control systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to diagnose and rectify faults independently
Good communication skills and presentation
Your day-to-day duties will include;
Repairs, maintenance and installation of plant including cranes and hoists.
Attending call-out requests for repairs and breakdowns and complete supporting documentation.
Dealing directly with technical representatives from our selected manufacturers
Monitoring and ensuring a supply of spare parts are available for all equipment
You will demonstrate the highest commitment to health and safety and the ability to work autonomously is essential. You must have excellent time management skills and great attention to detail. Must be able to work regular overtime.
Remuneration
Hourly rate of $46.00 to $50.00 (depending on experience) + penalties + Superannuation
