Job Description:

As the Sustainability Integration Analyst at Stockland you will be an active member of the Sustainability and Delivery Team and will play a key role managing the sustainability data management and reporting platform to help drive the delivery of high impact sustainable outcomes for our business, assets and communities.

You will be a strong collaborator, supporting the integration of the ESG Strategy across the business including the performance monitoring of all sustainability targets, while contributing to systems and process enhancements that support our purpose ‘A Better Way to Live’.

Key responsibilities:
•Lead the maintenance and data collection process Stockland’s Sustainability Data Management and Reporting Platform
•Co-ordinate sustainability compliance and voluntary reporting including NGERS, WBGC NZCB and obligations under the CEFC
•Support and manage the development of tools and processes to integrate, track and report on the performance against Sustainability targets, programs and initiatives
•Work with key stakeholders, including the Sustainability Business Partners, to integrate sustainability targets, programs and additional requirements into existing business processes to ensure end-to-end delivery of sustainable outcomes
•Serve as point of contact for the data auditing and assurance process; and liaise with suppliers, project team and contractors
•Coordinating project teams and third-party data providers, contractors and consultants on ongoing data capture and system-wide improvement opportunities
•Developing data driven relevant and engaging materials for internal and external reporting requirements and communications
•Contribute to delivering sustainable outcomes through the provision of data analytics on Sustainability initiatives
•Contribute to ESG reporting and disclosure including investor surveys, industry benchmarks and
•Stockland’s Annual Integrated Report and ESG Reporting Suite

About You:

Qualifications / Licenses
• Appropriate tertiary qualification/s is required

Experience / Skills / Competencies
•Experience preparing and coordinating assurance for environmental datasets for sustainability reporting and mandatory environmental datasets for NGERS (desirable).
•Demonstrated experience in a similar Analyst role with a strong focus on Sustainability(desirable). Relevant training and qualifications in Environmental Studies, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Technology and/or related discipline.
•Critical thinking and analytical ability to conceptualise, apply, analyse and evaluate data
•Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the use of PowerBI
•Skilled using Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and other contemporary data analysis tools
•Strong attention to detail and time management skills
