We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource Manager who can help us drive new business and be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies with some of the top network operators in the world.

About our opportunity:

As a HR Manager you will provide a range of HR services to the broader Alliance SI team. This role will provide practical and pragmatic advice on; Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, HR Policies and Processes, and also take part in developing and implementing a range of HR related programs.

Overseeing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a smooth process for the hiring manager and candidate and in line with the annual operating plans.
Monitor the employee onboarding process to ensure compliance with relevant state and Federal legislation.
Contributing to the negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement.
Management and ownership of the Apprenticeship program.
Assisting and advising managers with sounds HR advice on performance management, development planning, Learning & Development, onboarding, and HR policy interpretation.
Partner with line managers to identify development plans through the Learn, Empower, Grow program.
Determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs.
Delivery of HR related strategic projects and programs.
Ensure training and learning solutions are competitive.
Ensure productive working relationships are maintained will all internal stakeholders.

What you will need at a minimum:
Experience as either a HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a Blue-Collar environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong organisation, administration and time management skills
Self-motivated, persuasive and passionate influencer who can successfully manage key stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail
‘Can do’ attitude.
Initiative to find solutions and resolve problems.
