WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assist Members as you make accommodation bookings across Accor Vacation Club & Accor hotels.
- Answer incoming calls & emailed enquiries, providing assistance & creative solutions to Members seeking holiday advice, suggestions or availability information.
- Showcase your ability to build rapport through engaging conversations with Members.
