We are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a multinational Pharmaceutical company based in Sydney's CBD.
The Role:
This role supports the FP&A Team and plays a key part in driving the enhancement of the Finance brand across the business. The key responsibilities of this role include:
Provide timely, accurate and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the relevant functions to help enhance strategic decision making
Be responsible for accurate reporting of revenue, including reconciliation of complex government rebate models
Analysis of the monthly accruals in the Digital Accruals system, ensuring accuracy and driving compliance across the organisation
Business partnering across wider teams to accomplish strategic goals
Implement effective and efficient tools, models and reporting to deliver insights across the business
About You
The successful FP&A Analyst should have the following experience and skills:
Must have experience with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Experience with rebates and knowledge of accruals systems is desirable
Experience within Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable
Detailed understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel)
Strong communication skills - extensive stakeholder management
