WorkinAUS The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing marketing programs and advertising campaigns for WorkinAUS and other brands within the global group. Marketing the unique recruitment and talent acquisition platform requires the successful candidate to manage brand and acquisition programs, across both B2C and B2B. Critical to the role is understanding the target audience and designing scalable ways to reach, activate and educate user segments. Reports to CEO, WorkinAUS Collaborates with: Internal Content and Communications Executive Senior leadership team CEO, board and advisors Personnel of Sociable Tech (parent company) External PR, marketing, advertising and creative agencies and contractors Clients and customers Advocates and influencers Investors and regulators Suppliers and partners Direct reports While you have no direct reports, you will coordinate and manage communications resources, often in concert with the Content and Communications Executive. Benefits Competitive Salary Personal training and education opportunities Flexible work arrangements Supportive leadership team Autonomy to get the job done Healthy marketing budget to succeed Task & Responsibilities Planning, implement, and assess marketing programs and advertising campaigns for WorkinAUS and other brands Work with external agencies, contractors and contributors to deliver the program of activity Coordinate all marketing to be in line with all other aspects of the business, including sales, support, and development Design product messaging and innovative ways to educate partners and potential users of products and features Analyse and report performance of marketing spend to results generated Lead research projects, identify product needs and report on emerging customer specific trends Qualification & Experience At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and/or marketing, product management, or business experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Creative, Social Sciences or other discipline preferred Project management experience essential Experience working in a fast-paced environment ensuring executional excellence while maintaining a long-term strategic view to scale Combined B2B and B2C experience Experience building digital sites and marketing campaigns to drive new audiences Experience providing scaled marketing support for multiple audience segments Experience with email marketing and/or retention marketing About Company Get people here!Solve your labour shortage with WorkinAUS...your direct line to a wider international talent market.
