WorkinAUS The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing marketing programs and advertising campaigns for WorkinAUS and other brands within the global group. Marketing the unique recruitment and talent acquisition platform requires the successful candidate to manage brand and acquisition programs, across both B2C and B2B. Critical to the role is understanding the target audience and designing scalable ways to reach, activate and educate user segments. Reports to CEO, WorkinAUS Collaborates with: Internal Content and Communications Executive Senior leadership team CEO, board and advisors Personnel of Sociable Tech (parent company) External PR, marketing, advertising and creative agencies and contractors Clients and customers Advocates and influencers Investors and regulators Suppliers and partners Direct reports While you have no direct reports, you will coordinate and manage communications resources, often in concert with the Content and Communications Executive.
