Job Title: Contract Administrator
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation

Marrybrown Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time experienced Contract Administrator to work with our company in expanding our network of Marrybrown stores around Victoria.
This position will be responsible for managing and administrating enterprise-wide contracts and agreements for our franchising arrangements and with our suppliers and vendors across Australia and globally. Key position tasks and responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Proposing amendments and variations for draft contracts and agreements.
• Assisting with contract negotiation.
• Ensuring that all contracts are compliant with our legal requirements, organisational policies and franchise obligations.
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance, and proactively notify responsible managers of any potential issues.
• Reporting on contract performance and compliance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather information for contract creation, execution and administration.
• Liaising with stakeholders for contract administration issues.
• Maintaining contracts and documentation library.

• Experience with food services will be highly regarded

• Excellent communication skills
• Possesses relevant qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
