Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up to date with industry trends.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company.
Manage social media platforms and website content.
Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, community organizations, and healthcare professionals.
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Work closely with the business development team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
Plan and coordinate events and other promotional activities
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficient in the use of social media platforms and content management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the NDIS and disability services sector is desirable.
