Rezz Hotel is looking for a qualified and experienced Sous Chef
Its magnificent Mediterranean design and state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and multiple dining and entertainment areas make Rezz, South Australia's most unique hotel. Located in Newton, opposite the beautiful Thorndon Park reserve and only 15min from the CBD, Rezz, a family-operated venue is now offering positions for talented and enthusiastic Chefs.
The successful applicants must hold a relevant Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants who do not have qualifications are also welcome to apply but we will require at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Additionally, applicants will preferably have experience with Mediterranean cuisine and be able to work with the Executive Chef and our other Sous Chef in a leadership and management role.
• Holding a relevant Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Sous Chef.
• Team Player.
• Able to run the pass in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable.
• Understands ordering and stock control.
• Be willing to take on management responsibilities as required by the executive chef.
• Calm when it counts.
• Clean and organized.
• Follows State Legislated Food Health and Safety Laws.
