About the Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring quality extrusion dies are available to meet production demands. This position will also be responsible for assembles and install mechanical assemblies.
To be considered for this position you MUST:
Die Technician or similar experience
Relevant diploma level qualification (and above)
Ability to assemble both solid and hollow extrusion dies
Accurate inspection and measurements of extrusion dies
Ability to analyse die failure and interpret reasons for failure
Preparation and inspection of finished work
Laterally approach problem solving; and to make logical and well-reasoned decisions
Accurately work with and interpret, numbers and technical detail
Understand the importance of quality to the business and demonstrate attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years’ experience with relevant trade qualification.
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
