As the Life Sciences Coordinator, you will directly support the Head of Life Sciences, ANZ role and the wider team. You will provide administrative support to assist the team on delivering coordinating priorities in a timely providing timely administrative support as initiatives are launched, and coordinate with other teams as required such as Client Solutions, Marcomms and Delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for
• Compile comprehensive lists of potential client businesses within the Life Sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and health/medical research companies / organizations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, including competitors' offerings and market conditions
• Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the life sciences sector
• Provide and update Salesforce with data and information about clients and potential projects. This includes facility information, scope of potential work, key contacts, and other information relevant to the specific opportunity
• Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the Unispace team to tailor solutions to client needs
• Assess clients' specific needs within the life sciences industry and recommend Unispace services to meet those needs effectively
• Continuously monitor changing customer requirements and competitor activities, promptly reporting findings to sales management
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction with purchased services
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Generate comprehensive sales reports and maintain records
• Keep sales management regularly updated on sales achievements and the marketability of Unispace services within the life sciences sector
• Support the ANZ Life Sciences team with general administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Office programs
• Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and minute-taking during sessions
• Help manage schedules and coordinate meetings with internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate with the proposals team to ensure the right people are involved in Go No-Go and kick-off meetings
• Support the life sciences and Marcomms team with collateral that may be required for the Life Sciences function.

• Internal stakeholders' understanding of the administrative services offered and how they align with and contribute to the overall operations of the business
• User-friendly and accessible administrative processes and procedures for teams.
• Effective and accurate monitoring of supplies and budgets and attempting to solve issues as they arise. Escalating to Manager when needed
• Quality and effectiveness of relationships across teams/studios
• Openness and effectiveness of communication across disciplines and teams within the Studio and Region
• Proactive sharing of information and best practices within the team
• Actions taken to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications & experience
• Solid experience in similar or equivalent role
• Experience working with leadership teams, front line sales and client engagement teams
• Strong understanding of sales operations & processes, and knowledge of Life Sciences being advantageous
• Strong competency in Excel
• Proficient in PowerPoint
