The role
This is a full-time opportunity for a cook with a passion for hospitality and working within a team who consistently strive for excellence.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
Demonstrate responsibility, management, and ownership of your assigned kitchen section
Ensure all food production is in line with Tokyo Doll’s standards
Ensure the consistent delivery of quality, well-presented food to customers
Demonstrate working understanding of food, hygiene, and safety principles, always ensuring compliance
About you
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of work experience with food preparation, cooking, and seasoning knowledge
A passion for good food, quality ingredients and flavours
Organised, responsible, and hands on in the kitchen
Salary Expectation: $70,000 - $75,000
