About the role:
Caterall is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for an immediate start. The Field Service Technician's role is largely autonomous, requiring you to maintain strong time management skills, attention to detail, and strong troubleshooting skills with an excellent customer focus.
A rare opportunity to join the Western Australia Service Technician team. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial catering equipment.
Our customer’s include major aged and health care sites, hospitals, Casinos major hotels and restaurant chains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and plan maintenance service visits to existing customers with the customer service team.
• Carry out onsite service repairs at the Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of kitchen, catering, laundry, and refrigeration equipment at the customers place of business.
• Provide technical support and guidance on operation procedures to customers.
• Complete service reports in detail by ensuring all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented.
• Perform installation and commissioning of electronic parts and control systems for safe and efficient operation of commercial grade equipment.
• Liaise with customers with regards to repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest level.
• Managing of van stock and appearance of company vehicle.
• Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Ensure all Caterall and OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supported.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent electrical and mechanical knowledge in commercial catering equipment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence (Preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
• Precise, accurate and diligent record-keeping skills
• Ability to work overtime.
• Sound level of computer literacy
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
