What is the role?

The Logistics Coordinator will ensure all retail and wholesale Australian domestic orders are processed accurately and efficiently in alignment and accordance to individual trading terms. You will communicate with high levels of efficiency to ensure stakeholders are kept informed at all stages about stock levels, delivery dates, freight tracking and any potential delays – always managing expectations to ensure the brand is represented positively with these groups.

You will coordinate APAC retail and wholesale customer service and accounts, including but not limited to:

• Processing domestic wholesale and retail orders, create invoices, maintain customer databases and process retail orders in various formats, including EDI
• Assess credit claims with retailers and liaise/ collaborate with internal teams to process wholesale and retail write offs and credit notes
• Create invoices accurately and coordinate payments with internal teams and customers
• Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders to provide status updates on orders, investigate discrepancies or damages within warehouse and liaise regarding any product concerns

Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, by monitoring order status’ at 3PL and liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to avoid any potential rejection risks and EDI errors. You will assist in monthly reconciliations, process bulk event orders and support the broader international team where required.

Reporting directly to the APAC Logistics Specialist, you will have support at all levels within our matrixes structure to ensure you are successful and thrive in a key area of growth area for the company.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate has some professional experience working in supply chain or logistics for an FMCG company, backed by relevant tertiary study (advantageous). With strong time management skills, you are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment with an adaptable approach.

You have strong stakeholder management skills and customer service experience, enabling you to partner with retailers and wholesalers to ensure a harmonious relationship by meeting and exceeding expectations with high levels of efficiency and communication, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed at all stages.

Most importantly, you have a passionate, proactive and team first mentality. You are hyper organised, detailed oriented, results driven, personable and reliable team member who enjoys working toward and contributing to a broader goal and purpose.
