About the Role:
This role is responsible for directing and developing manufacturing policies and processes. It is also involved in delivering comprehensive training programs for employees involved in aluminium extrusion processes. The incumbent will be instrumental in enhancing Capral’s workforce's skills and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of aluminium extrusion facilities.
To be considered for this position you MUST:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in aluminium extrusion operations.
Strong knowledge of aluminium extrusion processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Proven experience in training program development and delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Certification in training and development is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours and to travel as required.
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
