We are seeking an experienced trade qualifi ed metal machinist to join a dynamic team.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To qualify this position, you will have
· AQF Certificate III for Metal Machinist (First Class) or equivalent or relevant experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience
· have experience in operating CNC metal forming machines such a press brake
· have knowledge in using MMAW, GMAW and FCAW welding processes
· have ability to work with a range of metal types and thicknesses
· Be competent in the reading of engineering drawings and have a good knowledge and understanding welding symbols
· forklift licence is an advantage
· have a strong adherence OH&S and in keeping as safe workplace· self-motivated and able to work independently as required
Remuneration/Salary
$70, 000 to 75,000 per annum
(Negotiable and Dependent on Skills and Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dandenong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
