Role Description

Responsible and accountable for coordinated management of multiple related projects directed towards
strategic business and organizational objectives in high quality manner. These programs contain
complex activities that may span functions, organizations, geographic regions and cultures.

Key responsibilities

1. Overall accountability and responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope,
Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration.
2. Manages the overall program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic
business objectives. Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan
when necessary. Sets priorities, ensures optimization and resolves conflicts to enhance
effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
3. Defines projects. Assign Domain Leads / Managers to initiate and manage the performance
of component projects. Integrates and oversees multiple related projects.
4. Ensures alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program
management methodology, including compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Ensures an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by
providing ongoing guidance and mentorship. Ensures the delivery of program results in full.
6. Builds credibility relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various
levels, both internal and external.
7. Secures budget and timeline. Determines and coordinates the sharing of resources among
the constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.
8. Leads and facilitates periodic status and risk discussions with program stakeholders.
Evaluates and discusses program results and lessons learned throughout the program
lifecycle.
9. Oversees the program's closure, integrating all relevant components.
10. Governs and resolves risks as well as the most complex issues effecting program delivery
across the different content disciplines (e.g. , SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure
for SW development programs or real estate or other corporate domains in other cases)
11. Quality Focus -- Oversee quality metrics, best practices and coding patterns and provide
deep expertise on the services strategy and strategy implementation. Use deep technology
expertise and market best practices to enable teams to deliver quality solution, maintaining
simplicity and reuse.

Critical Experiences

1. Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience, out of which minimum 8 years’ experience of E2E
management of at least 2 full cycle Kenan Upgrade program. This role requires managing a tight
scheduled program with multi-phase scope.
2. leading product implementation projects (at least 10-15 people).
3. Experience in stakeholder/ client management
4. Experience in global IT companies
5. In depth knowledge of Amdocs business and products (Kenan)
6. Previous experience with customer transformation project from legacy system to new product
system.
7. Proven experience of development of services methodologies, principles, procedures, and tools
Credentials
1. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent - information technology, management information
systems, software engineering.
2. PgMP certified
