We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our busy and friendly team in Sydney. In this opportunity, you will take on various duties across general administration and project support with exposure to accounting and HR tasks.
This role includes:
- General office duties and administrative support including data entry, ensuring the office space is tidy and presentable, purchasing of office supplies, travel and accommodation coordination and bookings.
- Phone call triaging and management of inward/outward correspondence such as email, letters and packages etc.
- Providing support to Finance inclusive of invoicing, payroll support, recording credit notes and reimbursements.
- Overdue account follow up via email.
- Preparing, collating, and formatting of information, fee proposals, capability statements and legal documents.
- Project support inclusive of document control, filing and cataloguing.
- Assisting the team in the ongoing design, development and delivery of marketing documents.
- Reporting to Regional Manager on team’s progress to weekly deliverables.
- Assisting with OHS and fire warden duties.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
