As part of the Major Banks Sales Team, the Senior Account Director is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic, commercial engagements to achieve annual revenue and growth targets. This senior client lead role builds strategic, senior relationships and partners with the customer and the illion pre-sales team to deliver innovative solutions that deliver value and grow wallet share.
With a raft of service contracts extended recently, growth will come from new business and will be a mix of any or all available products and services. The objective of the role is to increase the value of the account in terms of sales, quality service and revenue and promote illion’s full suite of solutions.
The value-add things you’ll be doing
- Strategically targeted key account planning and management of product mix targets
- Own and complete RFIs, RFPs, and other proposals.
- Lead presentations to the customer including briefing, organising pre-runs, and working with sales specialists as required.
- Grow breadth of existing base.
- Plan and develop relationships in the buying centres of customers to identify opportunities and strategies to win business from these customers.
- Develop new and existing relationships, at all levels, with contacts at AU offices from the allocated account list. Go deep into the buying centre.
- Lead planning and development of in-country customer sales strategies to acquire more business from within these accounts.
- Drive accelerated revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts by focusing on services with high revenue and fast implementation.
