About The Role
As an Order Processing Specialist, you will play a key role in their Customer Service Team supporting their customers with their inquiries and ensuring that the customers always receive the highest level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
- Monitoring the shared sales inbox, actioning emails, and assigning leads to the sales team
- Work closely with other teams to ensure our customers are regularly updated on their orders
- Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, payments, status, complaints and returns
- Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system
Requirements
To be successful, you must have:
- 2-3 Years experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
- Exceptional communication skills, writing, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team and have a can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience in programs such as MYOB, Xero, Exo .
