We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to work collaboratively and support the production process. No experience required - Candidates who are looking to start or progress their career in manufacturing are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided. About the Roles: Quality Assurance (QA):
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Identify potential hazards and drive process improvement
Conduct production checks to ensure quality standards.
Maintain compliance with quality and industry regulations.
Manage Customer Complaints to ensure compliance with Global Quality Policy/Procedure and applicable Regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement by reducing waste/scraps and customer complaints.
Ensure proper root cause analysis is performed.
Tertiary education in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Previous experience in Sterile Manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance processes.
Machine Operators/Fitters:
Fitting qualifications with or without previous experience.
Operating high volume manufacturing equipment.
Inspecting in-process and finished products to ensure quality.
Manually loading and unloading materials within the areas.
Recording batch information on forms and documentation.
Routinely cleaning equipment and work areas.
Troubleshooting and problem solving.
Packing Operator:
Inspect and pack solution bags into cartons & discard rejects.
Comply with all regulatory requirements of GMP.
Manual handling of products, ability to lift up to 16kg.
Must be comfortable with wearing the required PPE in a cleanroom setting.
Filling Operator:
Support manufacturing operations.
Perform solution mixing task.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Must be comfortable with wearing the required PPE in a cleanroom setting.
About You:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Manual handling skills.
Mechanically minded.
Able to work on repetitive tasks.
High attention to detail.
Good with dexterity.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
