As the Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our childcare service. The role
Manage the daily functions of the childcare centre, which includes supervision of staffing, budget administration, and maintaining open communication with parents and stakeholders.
Take the lead in nurturing the professional growth of Childcare Educators and Teachers, offering guidance, mentorship, and overseeing performance evaluations.
Devise and execute activities and instructional plans tailored to the age and development of each child, fostering their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive progress.
Prioritise the safety and welfare of all children consistently, adhering to all established policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a childcare management role.
Current Working With Children's Check
Strong leadership, communication and multitasking skills
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
