Pattison's Patisserie has been established since 1995 and is looking for Pastry Cook for central kitchen to supply our retail outlets.
Location - Mt Kuring-gai NSW 2080
Position - Full-time
Salary $70,000 (depending on experience)
Duties;
Production of cakes, cookies, slabs & slices, pastries sweet & savoury and sourdough bread
Involved in all aspects of retail pastry production
Assist daily production and working with Head Chef to ensure all tasks are completed correctly
Required skills and work ethic;
Reliable and punctual
Passionate about baking with amazing quality produce
Good work ethic, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Team player with strong communication skill
Minimum 1 year experience
Work Eligibility:
Permitted to work permanently with no restrictions on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident preferred)
