We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate ICT Support & Test Engineer person to aid the business project rollout period. You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business.
The role:
•Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
• Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standard and policy requirements
• Managing control , access and reporting on these
• Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
• developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems
• System Review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future proofing strategies
About you:
• 2 years proven experience in a Support Engineering or highly related field
• Experience in a busy IT environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and Analytical skills
• Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems
• A passion for quality customer service & team player!
Salary: $70,000- $90,000 plus superannuation
