Quality Venture Pty Ltd also known as 22 Cribb St is a French Patisserie that was born from a love of all things Paris. Our founder Robyn spent several amazing years working on this concept to bring to 22 Cribb Street the flavours, feelings, and the family-style café of Paris. We are looking for a Baker experienced in French Patisserie to bring to our customers a taste of Paris.
Roles and responsibilities include:
· Inspecting equipment and premise for safety, cleanliness and compliance with regulations for production
· Examine, measure, and order raw materials and ingredients that meet quality standards
· Preparing dough and fillings for pastries
· Emptying, cleaning, and greasing baking trays, tins, and other cook equipment
· Operating machines and equipment
· Rolling, cutting, molding, mixing, shaping, dough, bread loaf, and pastry items
· Cutting, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling bread, pastries and rolls
· Design, decorating, and applying glazing on pastries
· Baking and decorating cakes
· Monitoring oven temperature and determining baking timeframe.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum qualification of AQF Certificate III including at least 2 years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV.
Experience:
· 2 years minimum experience as a Baker or in a related field.
Location
· Landsborough, QLD
Salary Offered
· $70,000 – 75,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
