Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Accounting: Oversee the Group's Financial Accounting Team and promote departmental ownership of financial data.
- Payroll: Manage payroll functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Employee Benefit Scheme: Collaborate on Group ESS schemes, handling contributions and reports.
- Transactional Services: Ensure effective management of Accounts Payable and Staff Expenses functions.
- Treasury Services: Manage cash and cashflow forecasting, working with relevant teams to meet cash targets.
- Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure accurate management & reporting of tax, surveys and related projects, facilitating audit requests
- Team Management and Development: Drive high performance and engagement within your team.
- Financial System Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain financial systems to meet organisational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Business Process Improvement: Continuously review processes for increased efficiency and productivity in a changing environment.
- Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Assist group-wide budget and forecast processes
