What does the role look like?
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to a highly motivated team to achieve business goals
- Continuously identify business process improvement opportunities within the AHEAD SAP Centric System landscape
- Cross department coordination and management of Business Transition and Change Metrics across the AHEAD template
- Enhance end-to-end AHEAD processes to drive work efficiency, process standardisation, achievement of company benefits and cost reduction
- Close collaboration and alignment with National Business Coordinators (NBC) and experts from all areas
- Preparation of decision papers and recommendations for Senior Management
