INVESTMENT MANAGER

We have an opportunity for an Investment Manager to work on one of the world’s most-loved entertainment brands! You might be a successful and established Investment Executive ready to take your next step up which we will support you on.

The beauty of this role is that you get to take ownership of your work, a huge opportunity to really make your mark on one of the biggest advertisers in our market who have a huge appetite to try new things and impactful media which means exposure to all media channels, not just your spots and dots!

You will lead some of the coolest campaigns with huge integrated content sponsorships across all key channels in OOH, Radio, TV and Online Video and Social including influencers! 

Your key tasks will include; running of the weekly Investment WIP, leading all major partnerships/sponsorships and ongoing relationship management, support the Group Investment Director with annual negotiation, leading the end of month finance process with the team, and although you will not have any direct reports, you will still be responsible for training and influencing over 11 indirect reports.

YOU 

  • Must have 4+ years of hands-on buying experience across all traditional media – OOH, Radio, TV, digital media a bonus! Ideally locally in Australia however would consider NZ market experience too 
  • Use of Spectra, Etam/Eram/MOVE & media tools
  • A solutions mindset!
  • Proven abilities and a genuine passion in mentoring, training and developing high performing teams 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders  
  • Experience working across an audited client a bonus but not required

  • Demonstrate and evangelise best practice in contemporary communications planning leveraging the ROI+ approach.
  • Lead and promote idea generation culture throughout the team.
  • Provoke and harness contributions from all relevant agency sub-brands and departments into holistic Communications plans.
  • Responsible for all delivery working with Investment leaders and all internal / external partners.
  • Provide business updates and proactive stakeholder management.
