We currently have an opportunity for a guest service orientated professional to join our friendly Front Office team as an Assistant Night Manager. In this role you will report directly to the Night Manager and Guest Welcome Manager and will be responsible managing the Night Audit team in the Night Manager’s absence.

- Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the Hotel in the absence of the Night Manager.
- Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift.
- Warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and ensuring a efficient arrival and departure of our guests
- Ensuring professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure
- Assisting in maintaining responsibility for the overall auditing and administration function of the Night Audit team.
- Maintaining procedures for cash handling and security on front desk
- Conducting daily Hotel auditing including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets
- Proactive complaint resolutions, focusing on a win/win outcome
- Promptly responding to all enquiries; including reception, switchboard and reservations
- Ensuring all details of regular guests and Loyalty members are updated regularly
- Proactively working with our security team to effectively manage the safety and security of our guests and be prepared for fire or emergency situations
