Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Preventive and routine maintenance tasks.
- Trouble shoot and problem solve to diagnose and repair faults.
- Lubrication, belt tracking, replacing bearings, chains, belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, screw conveyors and etc.
- Planned shutdown maintenance tasks.
- Monthly stock taking of spare parts inventory.
- Task and job reporting in a timely manner.
- Cleaning of equipment as per maintenance schedules.
- Repairs to Pneumatic airlines, Hydraulic Systems and componentry.
- Working cohesively with other trades.
- Performing changeovers, machine adjustments and mechanical breakdowns.
- Machining and Welding experience.
