Responsibilities
As a Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new clients and supporting them through the onboarding process. As part of the wider accounting team, this role also supports the coordination of our accounting team and clients to ensure a seamless onboarding journey and ongoing delivery of our service. Day to day your responsibilities will be:
- Contacting new clients to welcome them and coordinate their onboarding process.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our accounting team
- Manage and maintain accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our service.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and suggest innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar calendar management or coordination role is ideal
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook proficiency
- Keen eye for detail
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, capable of performing effectively under pressure
- $55-$65k negotiable and dependent on experience.
