Are you a dedicated and passionate psychologist looking for a unique opportunity? We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team on a Fly-in-Fly-Out (FIFO) basis, providing crucial mental health support in remote and resource-based locations.
Key role responsibilities include:
Individual counselling to support the mental wellbeing of employees of resource sector organisations;
EAP services and mental health promotion;
Support for leadership teams to assist them support their employees;
Crisis intervention and support.
Qualification and requirements:
Full registration with AHPRA;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously in remote locations, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team;
Resilience and adaptability to the FIFO work schedule.
