Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager.
About the role:
• You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering
Manager.
• You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, project
delivery and maintenance of assets.
• The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including
new equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and
maintenance upgrades.
• Lead maintenance and project teams.
• Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
• Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
• Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy
implementation.
• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders,
• Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of
thought.
• Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal
engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially
advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
• Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation
