We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Café/Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of the Roadhouse.
About the role
As a Café/Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Engaging with customers
• Directly recruit, train, manage, and motivate the front of house team
• Ensure the restaurant/café is stocked with the necessary supplies, that quality is maintained, and that the venue is clean in accordance with hygiene standards
• Provide feedback and support in new menu creations and updates based on customer’s feedback
• Work closely with owners and report back issues that might need to be resolved
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, always ensuring guest satisfaction
About you
• Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a fast paced, high-volume venue a must
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Compliance with all aspects of OH&S and Safe Food Handling
• Proven managerial skills with exemplary organisational, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and mornings.

Salary expectation: $70,000 - $85,000
